Copyright of Trios

A short story created by the trios. Plain creativity. No plans or sketches has been done. Full words with continuity. A story of horror, romance, adventure and even sci-fi from the past to future. Any suggestions drop us a comment.
Noted: Amy in violet, Joce in pink, Gwen in blue.

Most people are familiar with the whys and wherefores of the vampire, but few realise how far a journey this nightmare figure has made.
Deep in the woods of an unamed-country, strange rituals arise, and surely none more so that the Wedding of the Dead, a genuine ceremony that is performed when a young man dies before he is married, and a young unmarried woman from the village consents to marry him at his graveside. The accounts of such marriages are as touching as they are chilling. (Taken from 'My Swordshand Is Singing' and inspiration from '30 Days of Nights')

It was the year, the year of sacrifice and blood. Blood splatters were everywhere and nobody was even dared to take notice. Perhaps, if one may care less, and ‘poof’, one end up in a street, dead. It all started with the long winter. A winter that never seems to end. Strong, bone-chilling wind bit through even the thickest cashmere, yet, no sunlight seemed to penetrate in to melt the thick icicles and warmth the villagers. In the long lasting dark, there came the-god-of-all-shadows, well, that was what he intended for the villagers to address him for, where disobeyers will be brutally murdered, and the corpses will be found, without a single drop of blood in them. The villagers cherished, admired and even scarified life of an innocent girl once every 30 days, in honour for the peace and serenity of the village.
